Since I used the word "incentivise", certain Robert Wakefield's have claimed this is not really a word at all. Clearly I'm not about to allow this intellectual debauchery to continue any further. Neither are the 473 thousand people who, by a quick Google search, I can see agree with me. Not least the good people of www.incentivise.co.uk/ who have rather based their company's reputation on it being a word. The good people of the Free Online dictionary agree www.thefreedictionary.com/incentivise or Merriam-Webster www.m-w.com/dictionary/incentivize, even if they do insist on the American spelling. So it's a goddamn word, okay?
